Great and friendly service. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because it took a week and a half to get the dryer fixed, when I was told the part would be delivered in 5 days.

It took time but the technician figured out and fixed my furnace and I didn't have to replace.

Appointments must be made online, all calls go to voicemail but returned promptly. Appears to be an owner/operator company. I selected Smartchoice based on other reviews and was not disappointed. Appointment was arranged for next day. Luke arrived on time and repaired my Maytag washer (suspension rods needed replacing). Luke had repaired quickly, retested repair to assure problem solved and provided advice to prevent recurrence. OEM Maytag replacement parts used. Repair came with one year warranty. Have used the washer several times, works like new. Highly recommend, would definitely use again.
